I am an experienced Architectural Draftsman with 36 years(1989 to till date) of expertise in drafting, construction, and design. Having worked on more than 500 residential and commercial projects in India, I specialize in blending technical precision with creative solutions to deliver functional and innovative designs. 

Work Experience:

• Draughtsman (Civil) – National Water Development Agency, under Ministry of Water Resources, New Delhi, India (1995–2019)

  • Interlinking river basins throughout India (Himalayan to Peninsular).

  • Designed, drafted, and supervised major national and local projects.

  • Managed precise measurements, specifications, and CAD drawings.

  • Supervised over 700 residential and commercial projects part-time alongside govt. service.
